Latest update from the BTO: Call for help - report dead, ringed seabirds

Help us to monitor the dramatic loss of seabirds following severe storms by checking for rings if you find any dead birds on the beach. Some of these storm-washed birds have been found wearing uniquely numbered rings that tell us their age and origin, many being from remote colonies in Wales and Scotland. By submitting a sighting you will be helping us to find out which breeding colonies these birds have come from, how old they are and the possible impacts on those breeding colonies.
