Help ID Piping Plover vs Semipalmated Plover, MA, USA (1 Viewer)

This solitary plover was foraging in the debris left at high tide. A colony of adult semipalmated plovers was roosting some distance away. I thought it was a juvenile Piping Plover but someone else thought a juvenile Semipalmated P. Sorry about lousy pics. I wasn't able to get a good side view.
