Swift Eaglet (1 Viewer)

One of my first binocs was a Swift Plover 8x 40. It was a pretty good first birding binocular, and worth the price. Pretty much of the same quality as the Bushnell Nature View and others of the same price.

In order to use the full wide-angle, which is very wide, you can't be an eyeglasses wearer. The eye-relief just isn't sufficient. Also, the IPD doesn't get narrow enough for me, which is always a problem.

The Leupold Yosemite 6x 30 really looks like a great first-birding binocular. I still would like to check one out.

It is really a first rate binocular and you can't beat the price! It is probably the best inexpensive binocular offered for sale today.

Bob
