I recorded this a few minutes ago. I'm looking for thoughts on the ID of the bird that calls before the Sora and Virginia Rails, about half way through the audio. Thanks!

Sounds like Red-winged Blackbird to me.

There are many Red-winged Blackbirds calling. I'm looking for the ID of the call that starts at about the 11 second mark in the first recording.

At 11 seconds I am hearing a rail in the foreground. You could check out your local species on xeno-canto.org to determine which species it could be. It might be a Sora.

At 11sec I hear a Sora that you just mentioned in the first place. Or do I miss something?
