Difficult photo, isn't Long-eared Owl a possibility with thin bars on tail and orange in primaries ?

It is not supposed to occur in Egypt, and OP bird is not dark and plain enough IMO.

Note that Morocco is actually about 1000 km closer to the UK than from Egypt.
