Hi all
Any idea what these jobbies might be? Eggs were found on Sallow. They were almost identical to Pale Tussock eggs but a little larger and with a dark base. The larvae walk around with tails in the air and have bristly, dark hair growing from their anal claspers. Posture and way of walking resemble a puss moth.
There’s an element of sawflyishness about them, but the eggs look distinctly mothy.
Any help appreciated.
