Red-masked Parakeet, maybe? (Known as Cherry-headed Conure in the pet trade.)

Red-masked Parakeet or Mitred Parakeet, maybe? Probably wrong as I've never seen these birds, though I'd sure like to!

Maybe mitred parakeet because I don't see any red on the wings.
