Sparrow hawk or Goshawk (1 Viewer)

I thought the attached bird was a goshawk, it was quite a way off and seemed fairly large bird with large primaries . Seen near Dalyan south west Turkey . Others felt was a Sparrow hawk so we wondered what people on the forum feel. Not the best photo I'm afraid but interested in others opinion.

Sparrowhawk, a Gos would be broader winged and deeper chested.
