Repair Kowa TS-613 (1 Viewer)

Hello!
I would like to know if anyone have any suggestions where to repair a scope Kowa TS-613.
It have some fungus in the optical elements, and the body tube is a bit loose, in the junction just in front of the tripod support. It just got loose after a small accident. I know a shop that repairs camera lens, do you think it would be a good idea to ask them to repair? No one answer emails to the Kowaproducts website.
Thank you in advance
All the best
