Hi guys
Know these aren't exactly Leica's or Zeiss but was just wondering if anybody else has a pair ??I have the 10 x 50 mc and was wondering if anyone has any information on these??remember they used to be in the bird watching mags quite a few years back lol
all the best Sam

They were a very popular choice for astronomy due to their good quality, lightness and full multi-coating. Good eye-relief too I seem to remember. Very similar (if not identical) to the Helios High Resolution series I think (also made in Japan). The only drawback is the fairly narrow field of view (by current standards).

Thanks for the reply Solent they are indeed very bright and clear (I've had mine about 14 yrs now).suprised nobody else seems to know a lot about them just wondered how they were rated and whatever happened too the make??
all the best
Sam
