Farewell to the frog? (1 Viewer)

Thanks for that Elizabeth. It was actually stood underneath our bird food hangers one of its brave moments as one of the neighbourhood cats comes in this way as well.

You normally just hear it moving about in the plants.

I think that might be a bit ambitious for us Elizabeth (DIY'ers we R not :eek!:)
but we're planning a trip to a specialist pond place over the next couple of weeks, so you never know.

Nice photo (I can dream!)

Hello everyone we've had a pond for three years now and haven't looked back since we put it in. its attracted all sorts of wildlife from dragonflies to next doors cats (sigh) and is the best cure to a stressful day long hrs have passed in the blink of an eye watching frog, toads and other wildlife visit our garden oasis. i did notice this year that we didn't have as many frogs as last year but we have had quite a few born so fingers crossed we have done a little bit for the future

on the same theme i visited fairburn ings this summer, bird watching and was amazed to see the path down at the cut hide end was just a carpet of baby frogs there was thousands of them. i will be going next year with my camera.
