Hello all,
I have forever been using "Always sync and go" for backup, usually with good results, both on my then WinXP and my wifes Win7 machine. I am fairly positive that it has worked well on my desktop after I got Win7 onto it, but I cannot prove that.
Well, today I got a strange problem on my PC, but not on my wife's: the program could write new files to my backup drive but was unable to update files already existing on the backup drive. On my wife's PC, all files reportedly was handled successfully. I use the version of "Always sync and go" that resides on the backup drive, not one installed on the PC. First when I got the error message, I hit "check for updates" and updated to the latest version according to the screen that came up, without any difference.
I tried disabling the antivirus (AVG) without any difference.
Any good ideas?
Niels
