Hello, I hesitate between these two species : Boran Cisticola and Rattling Cisticola

46 views and still nothing ... ;-)

Perhaps not a popular destination for “birders” generally speaking, thus relatively unknown?

Having looked at both species, or those images that “purport” to represent the two candidates, I believe Boran might have an edge by virtue of a heavier “looking” bill?

Hope you get more input from others.

Thank you, so I stayed on a Rattling Cisticola, it's the most common in this part of the country. Although I do not see any streaks on my photo ;-)

Reading about habitat preference added to what can be seen in the shot, also leads me away from Boran which is said to prefer 'thicker, lusher' vegetation.
 
Both species are quite similar. Boran was recorded in the same place in this photo on Xenocanto, so I had some doubts.
But if you're sure of yourself, do not worry, I'll stand by your side ;-)
