Nest ID? Howard county Texas USA (1 Viewer)

Ran into a nest issue in Howard county Texas USA, the bird is nesting in a propane tank for a work site. In filling the tank we found this nest. Wondering what it might be? Guess's have been Cactus Wren, Curved Billed Thrasher, & Road Runner. The rocks are really cool to see, what ever it is. It a class A builder. Any Ideas? We are putting a game camera to see, but afraid that the work may make it leave.

By shape and size of the straw cup and the size of the rocks I would go with Road Runner!

Don't Rock Wrens use rocks to build their nests?

Yes, but many of the rocks here look far too heavy for a Rock Wren to handle.

Yeah, you're probably right. I don't have experience with either, but I just couldn't find anything about roadrunners using rocks in their nests.
