Just joined this forum from Edmonton area, Canada. I saw a little guy in the river valley this morning (photo attached). Would someone help a rather amateurish IDier with this one?

I believe it is a Red-eyed Vireo.

Looks like a Red-eyed Vireo to me. Philadelphia would have yellowish underparts, no black lateral crown stripe etc.
