what kind of bird - San Francisco bay area. (1 Viewer)

Sorry, I only had my cell phone, so the pictures are not as clear as I would have liked.

I saw this (same?) bird twice. Once was in oak woodlands, near a stream. It was looking for stuff among the leaves.

It was about 6-7 inches long. The picture shows a few views of the same bird. In the picture, the beak appears to be white, but I think the beak was actually cream colored.

I think I saw the Oregon junco last fall too: I parked near some pine trees at the local mall. Soon after I parked, it flew down and landed on the trunk of the car and started pecking at it. It pecked several times then flew away.
