Indigo Bunting? (1 Viewer)

Is this an Indigo Bunting? Lazuli Bunting is much more likely at the location where I saw it but this bird looked different than Lazulis I have seen. Okanogan, Washington, USA, 09/01/2018. I also have a recording of the call if needed.

I don't see any streaks on the chest of this bird, which is a field mark for an Indigo Bunting female. So my guess on this is a female Lazuli Bunting.

I've never seen a Lazuli Bunting but this is not a female Inidgo Bunting which I have seen.
