Went out with my camera to the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge on the south side of Lake Lowell. I spotted a bird flying. My first thought was, "Osprey." I snapped a picture and looked at it. It didnt look like an Osprey. The tail did not match, the head did not have the white spots on it, it was not an Osprey.

I want to say a Hawk, but the tail is throwing me off. It doesnt look like a hawk tail.

Could someone please tell me what this is?
