Sparta (northern) NJ, Sept. By size looked similar to Blue Jays which were harassing it.

As the legs look a bit thick in the first image, I'm gonna go with Cooper's.

The legs look on the thin side to me so I would say Sharpie. The small head also points in that direction.

Eye of the beholder. . .. ;)
