Grey Wagtail? Kuwait (1 Viewer)

Is this a 1st winter grey wagtail?

I see pinkish legs, in one other shot he shows a pinkish beak, the yellow markings and tail seem to fit too....

PS: Does anyone know when Spring migration starts in Kuwait / the Middle East?

Regarding this Site they are Uncommon passage migrants & Scarce winter visitors.

Guess I was lucky - or nobody checked my region (which is true in any case).
But he's def. the first one I've seen.

i also saw several of them here in Jeddah towards the North, near the airport region, i think they winter Arabia.
