Looks like a Manakin but the bill doesn't seem quite right.....?

I think this is a female Band-tailed Manakin. White eye, greenish back, yellowish unders and shortish tail. Although the legs look dark in the photos rather than pale flesh, it's easy to find other images on the web like this. (I don't find the bill super unusual-looking for a manakin.)
