American Crow or Fish Crow? Florida - Everglades National Park (1 Viewer)

Is it possible to tell from the attached picture if this is a Fish Crow or American Crow?

Help with ID would be much appreciated :)

The picture is taken in March, Everglades National Park (Florida, United States)

Also
Fish Crow P9<= P5, P7+P8 longest , has shorter thighs, often shorter neck and shorter bill than Am. Crow which has P5-8 about the same length P5<<P9.
