Insect prey, ID help please (1 Viewer)

The glass is half full, but the bottle is empty.

This Grey Wagtail had caught an insect in June this year and was about to feed its youngster with the wholesome(?) meal. This was in the French Pyrenees and the only suggestion I've had so far is that it's not aquatic because it has antennae. I am a complete ignoramus in this field and any help would be appreciated. TIA.

Thanks, Paul, I've just looked at pix on line and it certainly looks like a stonefly nymph. There are actually two being held and in another shot they appear to be the same. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
