Birds in Mesa Verde, CO, USA June 2012 (1 Viewer)

A few mystery birds in MV, CO. First is some kind of flycatcher. Second, a mystery finch. 3rd and 4th mystery sparrows. Fifth mystery bird posterior - there were mountain bluebirds by the hundreds but this didn't strike me as one.

Any takers? Will add 2 more.

First - maybe a finch? Second - was hoping for a Winter Wren.

1 Says Phoebe
2 House Finch
3 & 4 Chipping Sparrow
5 Black Phoebe?
6 House Finch
7 House Wren

Agree with the above, although perhaps 2 & 6 might be Cassin's Finch.

Looking at it again the streaking on the belly of no 2 does look more like a Cassin's Finch
