Red-Tailed Hawk? (1 Viewer)

I took the horrible attached picture with a phone. I believe it might have been a Red-Tailed Hawk. I happened to see it when it flew off and noted dark checkering/bands on its wings even from a distance and with nearsightedness.

Looks like a Red-shouldered to me as well

On I D pics it would help if you uploaded larger images ;)
 
Thanks for the suggestions. The picture was taken in Southeast Texas.

I will try to get a better picture next time.
