A question for fellow filthy UK twitchers really..............
I feel its a been a great autumn, certainly on the mainland. Shetland has produced some real goodies notably Tenessee and Blackpoll Warblers, along with routine autumn Lancies, White's Thrush on Fair Isle too, & of course the Flycatcher on Tiree (I think). Scillies has produced Swainson's Thrush and Black & White Warbler, and Lundy another White's Thrush.
Mainland Britain often gets slightly less-spectacular birds, but Siberian Thrush, Taiga Flycatcher, and Rufous Bush Chat have changed that this autumn. Also a more-or-less untwitchable Eleonora's Falcon.
As usual its the same weather fronts that produce these lost vagrants, and you can only be in one place at a time, especially with coronavirus considerations.
Just wondered whether you had prioritised? And if so what have been your top targets, and at the expense of what?
