Female Gadwall? Is that a white speculum I see?

Also the bill colour is wrong for a female Mallard - it was first drew me to Gadwall

Angular head shape also good for Gadwall

It's a gadwall, yellow sides to the bill and a white speculum - plus the head shape is a little different to mallard.
