Sub-species of Common Buzzard photographed in Singapore

Shot this two uncommon winter visitors at a reclaimed land in Singapore.

Is the first image a pale morph Common Buzzard - sub-species: vulpinus (Steppe Buzzard)?

As for the second and third image (same bird), it should be a dark morph Common Buzzard. But what is the sub-species name?

A variation on SeeToh's question, based on the latest IOC list and sub-species list would not almost all 'Common Buzzard's in Sth East Asia be B. japonicus (Eastern Buzzard) with B. b. vulpinus (Common Buzzard) a likely vagrant?
