I'm after a New compact camera for digiscoping with a thread that will fit the Swarovski DCA. Any recommendations budget £500

Best Regards Jason

The Nikon V1/V2 (£350/£650) or some of the Nikon Coolpix P-series should do you fine. Take a look around the board for recommendations for Coolpix's. The Sony RX100 II is also a good camera but doesn't have a thread fit.

I use a Jackar adapter (£21 off ebay), Canon s95, DCA and ATM because the camera doesn't have a thread. Which doesn't answer your question directly, but it will give you a greater choice of camera for alot less money.
