    Subalpine Warbler. Sadly 24 hours after this pic was taken he flew in front of a car and was killed. A Dutch birder retrieved the body and buried him under his favourite singing post and put a large stone over him.

    I know its the same perch and the same bird as Scottishdude posted and the quality of his pic is much better .(Thats the difference between 400mm and 600mm lens ,I have to crop more.)But I think everyone is happy about his first shot of a new bird like me and wish to post it to his own gallery.
