    a cup cake is on the left and an adult weaver is eating non stop and these youngsters got fed up of waiting and took there frustration on each other.LOL. hope you like it.

    sorry for not being much lately. a bet busy and nothing exciting going on in birding. only this weaver and his complex of nests, in one of them there are little ones, still not showing there heads out. Mom and dad busy going and coming. hope you like it.

    that pro capture mode is really ingenious, all you have to do is keep the shutter half press if you continue clicking all the shots taken half a second before will be taken, if you take your finger up those in the buffer will be deleted. i was really lucky to find one working against the sky...

    not much happening, i can hear the ring necked parakeet but can't see them so with the white wagtail and the collared doves, heard the graceful prinia once only, but the sparrows, bulbuls and weavers seem to be celebrating the garden. here is Mr weaver enjoying the midday bath. hope you like it.

    poor little one, not as pretty as the fully adult males, but he is doing a good job with the nest, he even attracted a young female, i don't think it is a wise thing to do because she is not helping at all with the weaving, usually they pick older ladies with enough experience in nest making...

    i have discovered some of the routine of this lovely lady weaver, at about 6:45 am she comes for a drink from the water pool i put under the desert bush, i have noticed also that she knows i am around and i don't worry her, what worries her is the two orange cats who wait everyday by the water...
