SLR adaptor

Peter,
Unfortunately as of this moment there is no SLR adaptor to any Nikon fieldscope. I am not sure what is in store for the future, but there is no way to attach your Canon to the FS III 82 mm. Let me know if you have questions.

Cheers,

It just goes to show, I have the nikon fsa1, fsa2 and fsa3 adapters that I had to connect my nikon cp4500 to my ED78 scope. I bought a canon 300d kit with the 18-55 lens last summer and to my surprise the adapter simply screws to my Canon lens and in use it is fantastic. Because of the weight of the camera I do not generally allow the eyepiece to support the camera, I give it some support with my hands and when the lens is zoomed out I definitely always support it. photographs and a thread on this are at http://www.birdforum.net/showthread.php?p=544963#post544963
