PAYLOAD ALSO BE A BIRD

(I've just looked it up on Google and it's is even more of a stinker than I thought it was!)

Got it!.

Broad-billed sapayoa

I managed to get "billed" out of the letters. I then found broad out of what was left. I then did a bit of cheating to find the last word.

Having found a web page about it its name is a lot more interesting than its looks.

Congratulations, Robin-- I was still messing around with 'booby', 'paddle', 'paddy', 'saddle', 'billed', 'paradise', 'rosella', and 'spadebill'-- all in there too!
