Anyone know what these eggs are? (1 Viewer)

Hi, I’ve opened up the back of what I thought was an abandoned bird box and saw these “eggs” I haven’t delved further as there seems to be some bees taking residence inside. Any ideas? Thanks126D9D92-AB09-4CCE-9EE3-3A33EB37CA8F.jpeg
