Arca-Swiss compatible quick release plate for Gitzo GHF2W (1 Viewer)

I've just splashed out the money on this and very much want a second quick release plate as it will regularly be used with two different scope. I am keen to avoid adding another 50+ quid to the cost. I know it should be compatible with any Arca-Swiss compatible plate but does have any recommendations for a reasonably priced third party one?

Cheers

Steve

If you don't want to have an unpleasant surprise, you'll need to try it with the release plates you have. There's no reliable norm for Arca Swiss products.

I have one that I'm not using that came with a GHF2W and would let it go for a nominal fee. However I'm in the US. PM me your postal code and I can check here with USPS to see what mailing cost would be.

Thanks for your kind offer. I have had a similar offer from someone in Europe, where the postal costs would be cheaper but many thanks anyway.

You can find ones selling for $20 or less on Amazon. All are made in China and machined from aluminum and going to work quite well. All you need to decide is the best mounting approach to minimize the scope's twisting on the plate.
