Good day all!
Comparing these two optics:
http://www.telescope.com/control/pr..._tube/~pcategory=telescopes/~product_id=09895
http://www.telescope.com/control/pr...08new/~pcategory=telescopes/~product_id=09927
I would get more focal lenght and less weight(0.9lbs) with the first, but the second optic has a 'faster' f-stop and a hard case. And then there is the matter of $200.00, which could pay for all the 'stuff' needed to make the hook up happen....
Since this optic will not be used for deep sky, not sure if the extra 'speed' is going to make that much of a difference, or is it? Most of my subjects would be sitting still, not like I'd be trying to stop hummingbird wings or something...
Scott (what do you think) B
