No. Striated grasswren is very different with streaked breast, black malar etc. Best guess is female white-winged (fairy) wren.

Certainly not Striated Grasswren or splits thereof, White-winged Fairywren seems a good bet

The blue tail is a bit of a give away too 😬🤦‍♂️

Thanks, you guys have confirmed me in my suspicion. The blue tail was the first think making me pause.
