Bird Guide and Eco Lodge in Daintree Rainforest (1 Viewer)

Hi all, I'll be visiting Cairns during the third week of September'24 and wanted to do some birding in and around Daintree. I was looking for recommendations of Birding/Eco Lodges that are considered a good base for one or two days of birding in the area. I came across Kingfisher Park, but looks like it is not available for whole of the month.

Also, would be really awesome if there are any bird guide recommendations for one full day of birding!

Been nearly a decade sine lived in Cairns, now based on the Cape so cant offer many suggestions abut accommodation other than good old google but from a guides perspective would recommend you contact a friend f mine Doug Herrington who is based north of Cairns and is excellent, he may have suggestions for accommodation as well
