Bird id help, near Cluj-Napoca, Romania (1 Viewer)

Hello,

Is it possible to identify this bird based on this unsharp and unfocused photo?

I saw it in Romania, near Cluj-Napoca, in a beech forest, but close to the verge of the forest. It flight between the trees, landed on the ground and after that it disappered between the bushes.

I saw it just from a bigger distance, but it had a dark brown back and maybe a sparrowhawk-like size (maybe it is just a sparrowhawk?). I managed to take just this photo due to its speed, attached is a smaller and a larger crop of it + one with the contrast adjusted to the maximum value.
