I'm a little bit confused with this Bird of Prey, if it's a immature Bonelli's Eagle or something els!?

Looks like it.

Dark primary tips with pale bases and dark secondaries are all good. Looks like a juvenile moulting into adult plumage.
The black band on the coverts appears to be starting to show, this will give the typical bonelli's underwing in time.

juvenile Bonelli's indeed, the black band is already there in juvenile plumage and all feathers are juvenile
