Bird singing after dark - London park (1 Viewer)

Hello

For the last two weeks (Feb) I have been hearing a bird call in the park near my house in London. It only starts after dark. It makes a lowish ooo sound which rises up a few notes over and over again and it is very loud. Any ideas? I have listened to all the recordings of night calling birds in the UK and can’t identify it.

It might be a Tawny Owl? they have a variety of wavering calls apart from the standard “Whoo-whoow-whoow-whoow” and “Ker-wick”.

The description makes me think of a Stock Dove - would street lights make them call after dark?

This part of the description matches song thrush. In my experience they often sing around or after dusk. [Not sure about the "rising ooo", though]
