Shooting from the hip I'd suggest:-
1 Dark Hawk-Cuckoo
2 Bornean Whistler
3 Blue and White Flycatcher
4 Indigo Flycatcher
7+8 Temminck's Babbler
9 Mugimaki Flycatcher

1) one of the Hierococcyx cuckoos - Dark/Northern/Hodgson's?
2) Bornean whistler
3) Blue & White/Zappey's flycatcher (I'm unsure how to separate these)
4) Indigo Flycatcher
5) difficult angle, but I think Temminck's sunbird
6) Crested Goshawk
7) Temminck's Babbler
8) Temminck's Babbler
9) Mugimaki Flycatcher
10) unsure - more photos please (possibly f B&W fly)

I mostly agree with these IDs:

1. Pretty sure this is Dark Hawk-Cuckoo - definitely not Sunda because of the tail pattern. Hodgson's wouldn't show that pinkish-brown side to the nape, and would be more rufous on the upper parts, with white edges to the inner tertials. I think I remember reading something about how the form seen here differs in terms of vocalisations from birds seen in Peninsular Malaysia.
3. Any more images? It looks quite black on the throat, suggesting Blue-and-white, but the breast is quite blue.
5. Like Daniel, I'd suggest female Temminck's.
6. Agree with Daniel on Crested Goshawk.
10-11. Female B&W/Zappey's seems the most likely candidate. It doesn't look like female Pale Blue. What bothers me is that you normally see some light streaks on the ear-coverts in B&W/Zappey's. I don't know which is more regular here.
