Birdwatching Switzerland in late April (2 Viewers)

Hello!

After a successful first solo trip abroad birding this year, I am planning another trip to Europe for next April, with Switzerland high up on my possible destinations.

I've struggled to find up to date information on Switzerland & wondered if anyone has been recently in April, and where best to go for species not seen in the UK?

Thanks!

Sam

ornitho.ch has up to date information. Note that in April, higher mountains and some mountain roads and passes are still snowbound and inaccessible, and high mountain birds are more unpredictable and dispersed lower down. Web cameras are your friend. Swiss National park is a very good area for all the mountain birds.
