  • Turdus [ignobilis] ignobilis - Black-billed Thrush - Caraxué-de-bico-preto (incl goodfellowi, murinus)
  • Turdus [ignobilis] arthuri - Campina Thrush - Caraxué-da-campina (monotypic, incl 'cururuensis')
  • Turdus [ignobilis] debilis - Várzea Black-billed Thrush - Caraxué-de-bico-preto-da-várzea (monotypic)
Collar 2005 (HBW 10)...
debilis is smaller-billed, with more extensive white on throat, greyer on breast and flanks; ... arthuri has darker face, greyer flanks, more contrasting throat pattern.

When scientists fail to find a suitable name for a bird, they take revenge on it.
Yet, of course:
ignobilis = obscure, insignificant (literally: not-to-be-known).
debilis = weak, feeble (literally: disabled, not-able-to-do-much).

The meaning is closer to "lesser insignificant thrush" than to "debilitated ignoble thrush".
