Black-throated Diver age. Hampshire(UK),23.11.23 (1 Viewer)

I thought the Black-throated Diver in the attached images (taken in Southampton (UK) on 23.11.23 by a friend) was a juvenile/1st winter but it was suggested that it is an adult and I would be grateful of confirmation of age.

Its brown, not black. First winter Juvenile.
