Black-winged or Collared Pratincole ? Mayotte, Indian Ocean (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone,

I'm requesting advices about the pratincole (link below), seen on Mayotte (Indian Ocean French overseas territory) on May 2024. At first i was thinking about a Collared Pratincole, but i'm now hesitating with the Black-winged Pratincole : the scope of the red on the bill and the pretty large black patch ahead of the eyes, as well as the shorter tail (but maybe the feathers are worn ?). It's the first mention for both species.

Thanks a lot for helping

I am not too knowledgeable about this type of bird, I think it could be a collared , owing to the lack of contrast between the upperparts and the wings. Also , the tail projects beyond wingtip. I hope this helps. I could be wrong
