northumberland pic but what is it ?
blackbird hybrid or sicly juv ?
bill looks heavy so could crow / jay be involved ?

Totally normal juvenile blackbird.

Hybrid with crow or jay would be very unlikely - they're in different families. (And those families aren't too closely related: they're estimated to have diverged some 40 million years ago. ("corvidae" includes jays and crows; blackbirds are in "passeri" in that diagram.)
