Welcome to Birdforum.

It’s quite normal for birds to look through windows. He’s probably seeing his reflection and thinking it’s another blue tit.

Happens a lot for me too, most pronounced at this time of year, presumably at the start of the breeding season. The Long-tailed tits are even more persistent

Pied Wagtails too!! Saw one attacking a car mirror.... happened day after day for a couple of weeks.

Hi Carole and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators. Often pulling a curtain across the window can help. It's usually due to the angle of the light.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.
