Hi,
This tern's back appeared much darker than the other bridled terns on the island, with less contrast with its head, so I wonder if it could be a sooty tern? However, i note the white supercilium extends quite far back, which I understand could be a diagnostic for bridled terns.
Any confirmation on the ID would be appreciated.
Thanks.
