Tough angle to work with, but I think the rich aggregation of dark marks on upper chest, plus thin eye-ring lacking buffy "spectacled" look, supports Hermit over Swainson's.

Date may be helpful in this instance, too.
Nothing here to suggest it is other than the far most likely species at that date and location: Hermit Thrush.
